Welcome To Orchids International

Welcome to ORCHIDS International, a Day Care, Preschool and Kindergarten in Baku with medium of instruction in English. We intend to lay the foundations for the first part of your child’s lifelong learning. We believe that quality child care means offering a stable, stimulating, and caring environment in which a child can comfortably develop intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally to his/her fullest potential.

We know that life can be stressful, for both parents and children. That’s why we’ve created an environment to give your child a nurturing “home away from home.”

Your infant, toddler or preschool child will be tenderly guided through their developmental milestones by our teaching staff. On site educational experiences provide the pre-schoolers with visits from storytellers, animal trainers, and health care professionals. Before and after school care compliments your child’s public-school day, providing active learning in our home-like setting.

Our Ideology

Interact. Explore. Solve.

Our Preschool Programmes are designed to nurture the natural abilities of each child and make them a confident, caring, social and self-aware individual. We work to foster curiosity, explore to learn more, experiment to solve problems, ask questions to create new experiences. We make learning fun.

We believe that each child:

  • Has a unique talent that can be nurtured.
  • Learns in their own style and after all, learning can be fun.
  • Is naturally curious and inquisitive to learn.
  • Learns the best when it’s done through playway.

What parents say about us

“This integrated curriculum (inspired by Germany’s Waldorf Education system, the Montessori method, and the Playway method) is child centric and imparts a love of learning through arts and crafts, music, stories, games, and hands-on explorations.”

-Adam Sons

Curriculum combines scripted, easy to implement, lesson plans for teachers (including online teacher training and classroom resources) with play-based, exploratory activities for young children that develop motor skills, memory, creativity, social skills, language skills, and emotional skills. We love the focus on learning through play, which is a child’s most natural way to learn, and fosters creativity, curiosity, and imagination.
